I am using a Lumia 625, I rolled back to 8.1 and I tried to install 10149 not able to download. What should I do?

i am using lumia 625 i roll back to 8.1 and i tried to instal 10149 not able to download

when it reach to 98% it just stop and give error 801881d0.i had tried ever solution for that error but it remines same.every thing is fine in phone but it is not able to download
