What do you advice?

I am running Win7x64 and my laptops (packardbell easynote tj-75) specs are:
core i5 430-m (first generation from 2009)
4 gb ram
ati 5650 1gb gpu

I have 4 options
Selecting slow ring and clean install?
Selecting fast ring and clean install?
Selecting slow and upgrade?
Selecting fast and upgrade?

If i select clean install do i need to reinstall my drivers? and there is just win7 drivers for tj75

also i wonder if i can jump from slow ring to fast ring?

please help me to make a decision

I'd say slow ring clean install. You can always John the fast ring later.
