I bought a Windows 7 computer and want to get the 14.99$ upgrade.

Im planning on buying Win8 for my moms desktop, shes got like an all in one touch screen Inspiron or something. How close to the edges do you guys think you need to be in order to get those gestures to work? cause that things got some thick bezels!

You have of course tried chrome? Didn't like it?

Pretty much the worst browser I have tried. Youtube runs like ****, there's a 30/100 chance I get the "oops Chrome couldn't load this page".

My computer is really low budget though, it cost me only 300 bucks brand new but even so, I could play Tera "decently" and Firefox doesn't have problems running videos.

When I was using consumer preview I had a HUGE problem with the way IE handled favorites. Specifically favorites were stored as individual tiles on your start menu which is very **** IMO. Please tell me they fixed this.

A favourite mouse scroll bar thingie appears if you left-click at the bottom in the URL field IIRC. Took me a while to figure it out, I was also astounded that favourites were supposed to be start menu tiles but you don't have to have it like that. Just left-click in the URL field and you'll see what I mean.
