I can only get Edge speed on my 1020 (909?)

This is an imported Taiwanesse 1020, it all goes well when I setup the phone, have H+ and 3G on my signal and works fast, but always after some minutes and updating apps it downgrades the signal to E, I tried to manually setup an APN but is missing from the settings so I used access point but no luck, does anyone had this problem?

It seems that flashing another ROM did the trick, but are there issues if the OG ROM was RM-875 and this new is RM-877?

Mexico, I flashed a Telcel rom and the only issue I had is that it randomly reseted itself, it happened only one time though
