I cannot install any app from store on my laptop. Please help

I cannot install any app from store on my laptop. When I press the download the app button nothing happens. I tried wsreset but no difference

The Store has been messed up since yesterday. WC just posted an article. Hopefully, Microsoft is frantically working on it. Everybody is waiting.
