I cannot install iCloud on Windows 10

I download from
Apple website, but installer will not finish. I get message that some program did not run as expected.

I have this same problem. I download from Apple website, but installer will not finish. I get message that some program did not run as expected, so everything is rolled back. Does it have anything to do with windows one drive?
