I cannot log in because I removed the English keyboard by mistake, what can I do?

cannot log in because i removed english keyboard by mistake

i upgraded to win 10 from win8.1, after the upgrade the system language turned to Greek i have read many articles about how to change the system language and non of them worked . now i have made the mistake of removing the English keyboard, when i try to log in it only gives me the Greek keyboard and my password is in English. how can i force win 10 to load an English keyboard before start up, any help would be very appreciated. thank you eleftherios seraphim .

Change your outlook password to greek one temporarily ( from phone or some other pc ) and while you start your device, keep it connected to net...and enter your greek password.
Once logged on fix it...

Well, at the moment the only thing I can think of is to do a system recovery before you removed the keyboard.

Seems a bit drastic, I know, but as I said, at the moment it's all I can think of doing.
