I can't ask for directions through the Band 2

Does anyone who has a Band 2 have a problem getting directions when speaking through it? I have a Lumia 930 with 10586, and when I ask for directions through the Band 2, Cortana hangs on getting directions. I can get directions through "Hey, Cortana", holding the soft key and speaking, and also typing. It's frustrating!
