I can't find Cortana on my Lumia 1520

Hello -

I can't find Cortana on my Lumia 1520 anywhere. If I search Apps, it also doesn't come up. I have the 8.1 operating system. If anyone can help I would appreciate it!

What region are you set to/in?

My region is set to US.

I would check to see if anything changed the other region/language/keyboard settings as if any of those aren't US, Cortana will disappear until they are restored. However, a lot of people have been reporting issues with Cortana not sounding right so it's also possible it has been disabled at Microsoft's end until a fix can be applied.

Asking something obvious, have you tapped the Bing search button ? That one right of the Windows button

Set US region,Restart,turn on location and tapped the bing search button.type cortana setting.... Following the direction.
