I can't hear my callers voice but they can hear mine

Seems like this happened after using my car's Bluetooth or after the Denim upgrade not sure. Occasionally, I can hear after leaving my headphone Bluetooth on and switching to phone but it is just for that call. After I hang up, it goes back to me not hearing the person on the call.

tried repairing the bluetooth device? Or with another device?
