I cant sing in on different xbox

Im round a mate and I wanna link my account on his xbox one I type in all my details and they are correct I get to the bit of 'are you a robot' the most pointless thing and I type it in but it says its wrong every time and not I've tried so may times I cant log in. It say I have to reset my password when I know its right wtf!

Strange, it could've been a couple of mistakes that locked it out. Have you tried signing in with your account on https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...2Fwww.xbox.com%3A80%2Fen-US%2F&token=pCNlZ8BO to see if it works okay on the web?
