I can't use nokia voucher to buy app on windowsphone store

Hi everybody, i am a new member. I don't usually update news. So anyone tells me why i can't use voucher nokia to buy app and how to repair it.
I have 2 pictures about it. You can see.

Go to wallet app on your phone and check your Microsoft account balance. If it is still showing zero, then the voucher was not redeemed.

Also, I hope you are using US Store.

Have you redeemed the voucher code to your MS Account?

Go to your wallet app
Add payment option
Select Microsoft Gift Card
Redeem code

I use us store and my wallet was redeemed code. It has more than zero. With money in wallet , i sure i can buy that app.
