I changed my microsoft account email server.. need help

It was something blue.com. I can't remember. I'm having problems like a lot of other people and tried changing the server address. Do I have to change it back and does anyone kknow what it is or supposed to be? I have the Lumia 920 for att.

Mine is bay-m.hotmail.com

Edit: that is for my Microsoft Account. I have seen the "blue" server as well when I was syncing another outlook.com account. Do you need the MS Account Server or an additional Outlook.com Server. Another thing you can do is just set up the outlook.com account again, write down the settings, then delete the account after you fix the old one
