I dropped my Arrive in WATER!

I'd stay on the safe side and not try to turn it on for a while. If you have any of those silica gel packets that come with some products, maybe keeping them around the phone will help.

If you are unsure of it working properly, just turn it off and stick it in a bag of rice overnight. The rice will suck the water right out of it.

I dropped my phone on cement today, and it got a dent and few scratches on the back. Where can you get a back faceplate replacement?

You clumsy people should really get insurance for your phones. I'd try to contact HTC for replacement parts.
