They are unusable as they are right now. When i try to play them, I get a message that says "Usage rights for this item have expired. Please sync with your PC." I sync with my PC and it still has this message on the device. I was previously paying for a Zune Pass, then XBox, and now Groove. I am lost and would love it if someone could help. I have tried calling the tech support line many times, and get nowhere. Thank you.
