i have a nokia lumia 630 dual sim, No audio during call

when i make a call or receive, i cant hear the voice of the other person. Even after reset the mobile, the problem is still here.

Firmware revision number 01061.00066.14235.36001

You may have a defective earpiece.
Is it a new phone?
