Have a problem getting back my old account

Well, I have done already 2 times the procces to get back my old hotmail account, wich I actually want to get back, because sometime ago It got blocked for some random reason, and now, I got an email to my main Gmail that some random person tried to acces in to it.

Problem is, I cant answer to the questions I get in the progress, Its way too old of an account, just some passwords I used and my personal info.

I want to get it back, I can even show my personal identifications, from my both countries that can show even where I used to live (shows where I created the mail and sent mails from I guess), so I tought that an Live assistent could help me, but no luck. So Im asking here, any advice boys and girls...?

There's nothing us, a bunch of enthusiasts can do in this regard.

All I can really say is to use Microsoft's support channel, but it seems you have already. Maybe if you try or escalate enough? :/
