I changed my Windows Phone password code. Now, I can't remember it.! Please help me to unlock my phone.

You will have to do a factory reset, which will wipe the data on the phone. Sorry, but that's it unless you can remember the pin.

Maybe you can ask for reset it to your Microsoft account

I suppose you could try your Find My Phone tools on windowsphone.com but you're probably going to have the nuke the phone, because security you know?
