I have just bought Nokia lumia 635, why am I able to get AOL email but not send any?

I have just bought Nokia lumia 635, i can get aol email but not send any help would be appreciated.

I can see my aol email but not send any help please
Also I cannot sign into office on phone keeps saying not known email or password.
I can sign in to outlook and Microsoft account but not office is it a separate email and password I am running office personal.

If you have an Office 365 home subscription, you do not need to use the Office account on your Windows Phone. The home subscription uses the Microsoft account. The Office account on Windows Phone is for enterprise accounts. If you do not have a workplace Office 365 account to add, you may ignore that feature.
