I have water damage to my Lumia 735 - Help?

Ive recently dropped my phone in water and the shop has told me that the circuit board is blown. Is this expensive to repair? Or failing that where could i get hold of the main body of the phone and just swap it out.

My battery, screen, back is all fine.
