The folder option works great. I use one for my games and have one for my pinned websites.

Since you seem to have gotten your answer a few times and we've pretty much established your 920 will definitely run Update 1 without any issues, I'm going to close this thread in order to keep it remotely on topic and useful to anyone reading in future.
