I just made a mess

I went on to create a usb that has win10 installation on it using media creation tool, but I accidentally rebooted the computer in the middle of the process of doing it...
I tried to run media creation tool again, but this is what it responded,( and rebooting won't make it work again.)

Do you have another PC that you can download the media creation tool to? Are you getting any error messages when you try reboot? What is coming up on the a screen?

No error messages of any sort apart from this one, I rebooted the computer 2-3 times, tried running that media creation tool, but I get the same message. Everything else seem to be working...
I do have an old laptop with XP on it...
