just received updates for nokia lumia 520 phone and now getting error message

I got new updates for my nokia 520 phone and am now experiencing a problem. I keep getting error message, "reg90 unable to connect". Yet I am connected to my wifi here at home. How do I stop the error message?

Looks like a T mobile problem involving wifi calling.
