Sounds like a statement game.
"You want a photorealistic movie of a game? Here you go."

I wouldn't worry about console performance.
They know what it takes to run on the SS: 700p rendering with upscaling and frame generation. Let the pixel pimpers worry about the comparisons.
(And it might even be the first game to use all the features in the current gen XBOXes nobody else boyhers with.)

If nothing else, it might be cheaper to buy an Xbox than upgrading a PC.
Wouldn't be the first time.
That's how I got into XBOX to start with: to run MORROWIND. Saved $500 that way.
