Windows Central Question

I need to delete files from my computer but do not want to lose them in OneDrive.

I thought I was adding files to OneDrive only but they were syncing to my computer and filled it up! Help!

Which version of Windows are you using?
OneDrive in Windows 10 doesn’t use placeholder files to indicate files that are online only like it used to in Windows 8.1. Instead, you can set to sync certain files/folders to your computer. That setting you can access by going to "Choose Folder" under the account tab of OneDrive settings.
