Ok, so I v been messing with my L820, and installed RS1 on it via registry hack, also I was trying to fix glance via Windows Internals (Bootloader etc, wasnt sucessfull because I am to lazy to flash it)... And now Ive realised there are some unusual folders on my Phone flash memory partition, can someone tell me what did I broke ? :D Or possible fix.

Thanks

You could try the WDRT (Windows Device Recovery Tool) it'll take you back to last approved version of the OS.

You may then possibly go forward, via registry hack, flash a rom, etc.

What do you mean by unusual? I don't see any. Every Lumia phone will have those folders. Its just that these are hidden from users and are crucial for functioning of phone. In short, OS files.

You shouldn't be seeing those folders in the first place. If you're able to see it in the explorer, it means that you have interop unlocked your phone and enabled Full File System access or Mass Storage Mode (via WPI). If you don't want to see them, disable Full File system access or Exit Mass Storage Mode.

Exactly this ... I was trying to access Main OS, to restore Glance, but I understand that I need 1st restore stock room, then Unlock bootloader, than flash W10M and then I can access MainOS to upload missing glance screen and edit missing regs.
But I dont want to mess to that when I have W10M RS1 because it is huge Improvement over TH build. So I will sacrifice glance for sake of that everytings works smooth as butter atm. Maybe I will flash custom ROM later, Idk if that from Windowsmaniak pl is good enough or not but I can say RS .103 runs as good as WP8.1 if not better.

Anyway I don?t see option do disable Mass storage mode in WPI. Also I tried to disable FFS access via Interop Tools, vcREG, without success. Am I doing something wrong ?
