I think I broke my Microsoft account

I think I accidentally uninstalled my Microsoft account as it is grayed out in the settings and constantly says syncing. I think because of this I am not able to sync to SkyDrive.

Is there any way to reinstall this? I tried deleting the account but it doesn't seem to let me.

Hmmm, interesting. I've tried deleting Skype, rebooting several times and it still didn't work.

So then I tried deleting my Nokia account, rebooting, no workey.

Then I tried deleting Facebook account, but it won't delete, saying "attention required" below the facebook account name. When I click on the account it says that I'm having connection errors and to try again later. I've tried soft rebooting several times, but nothing seems to work. All the while my Microsoft Account is still "syncing..." in grey.

Also getting this error when I try to delete Facebook: Resolve "Facebook error" when syncing or using Facebook with Windows Phone 7

And I can't finish the process because my Microsoft account won't sync.
