I think I just got a firmware update on the BLU Win Jr

So I recently got a BLU Win Jr and I almost immediately installed the Developer Preview and was on the latest OS. Well, I just checked it again, and I just got an update that reads

"BLU Update for Windows Phone"

Which I'm pretty sure means that I just got a firmware update. I'll try to contact BLU and see what the change is, but did anyone else get this?

BLU is rocking with this new devices. The Win Jr kicks Lumia 530 ***.

Hmm... I'm not sure what the change is. Hopefully I'll hear back from BLU.

I received the same udpate and now my hulu and netflix streaming is not working. I have contacted BLU and they stated that they did not push out an update? I was supposed to be trasnfered to a supervisor and then the phone was hung up. I'm trying to call back now to find out more information.

Hmm, that's weird. My Netflix still works (can't test Hulu), but I still haven't got back an email from them. Although, I'm not sure that a random customer service employee would know about the update (although they should) but we'll have to see.

I wouldn't be surprised. Each of my Blu Android devices have received incremental updates.

I've got a JR on the brown truck now. Been wanting a WP for a few weeks.
Nearly bought a Hauwei W1 but the upgrade to 8.1 seems like it may or may not work.
Is there an advantage to do the Developer Preview since this comes with 8.1 out of the box?

Is there a USB driver somewhere I'll need, or will Win7 pick it up?

It'll work a little better if it comes with 8.1 out of the box, but no, not much of an advantage.

No drivers, just plug it in and it'll work.

with no developer update.
What's yours after the update?:

Did the Developer Preview and now have:
OS version: 8.10.14176.243
Firmware the same.

i just bought mine yesterday. Metro pcs guy had no idea how to set it up.... and keeps restarting. It's dope... love the fact its slimmer than the 521 but. did install the windows 8 update.... but still having issues and used recommended settings
