Trying to find a good prepaid plan to put this phone on if I buy it outright but AT&T offerings are not that great. Really wish I could use this on tmobile.

Red Pocket, StraightTalk, etc., you don't need AT&T or T-Mobile.

I found that I can get the 99 price, but I have to go in and select a voice and data plan. It won't give it to me when I just use existing plan.
