I Tried. iPhone won

Was at a friends birthday party and the topic got onto phones. Ive been trying to convince one of my friends to check out windows phone seeing as he is into photography. The crowd overheard and KABAAM!!! I was assaulted by the iclone squad.

Pointed out the 1020, 1520 and 2520. Got drowned out. Was outnumbered but certainly not outgunned. 13 vs 1 and no androids.

Windows phone has a long way to go. Nokia and MS in oz really haven't done much and its showing.

But did you point out the features WP has that iPhone doesn't? You have to pull your phone out and show them what WP can do. Just mentioning a few phones will not convince anyone.

If someone chooses for Ios, Droid or what so ever,

I like the phones, but not the os, but thats only my opinion.

Unlike you, I'll just keep using my WP device quietly, I'm not gonna to try to persuade other people on buying any WP device, unless someone asks me what my phone is, or any opinion on WP devices. People like that mentioned above have their own decision on handsets already, no need to waste time to tell them how good WP devices are, they must discover the advantages of WP devices themselves.
