i tried to update my lumia 520 and it was about to finish and it starts to bootloop

i downloaded my update files for my lumia 520 and all of the sudden it starts a bootloop please help and how can i fix this problem my power button and my volume are broken

The usual first-aid solution in boot-error types of problems is using the Lumia Software Recovery Tool, but since you've got a couple of hardware problems as well (the two broken buttons), you might as well just take your phone to a service center and have it fully repaired.

By the way, there was no mention as to what update those updates files are for.
