I unable to install local apps

I unable to install local apps on my SD card through "install local apps" ..they giving me " There is a problem completing your request error code 805a0190..how to solve this prblm..

The error occurs with WiFi?
Does it occur if you use your data connection?
Does it occur with every app you try to get or just one?
