uploaded movie/mp4 wont play!! screen says cant view/play retry
I have a lumia 640. uploaded movies to sd card once and everything was fine. now when I add movies to sd card my phone wont play them. the files are the same they fit the screen they are not internet downloads. I don't understand. I bought the phone this year. have a surface 2 the one without the camera on the back. it runs win 8.1 or what ever. everything is up to date on both devices. please help! im afraid to delete the movies that do play out of fear of having no movies. but getting bored.
