I want to ask about the latest windows 10 update.

Depends on what you mean by "update". If you are referring to the last monthly update, the changes are security and under-the-hood fixes. If you are referring to feature updates, either the last one or the one that will be released soon, then those include "upgrades" in addition to fixes and security updates.
