Hi, actually no, there is not any difference, I think one of those is gone already, so there not so much help in that case here if you only have one option.

Sometimes minor changes in production defines one or two thing in the Part Number, but actually both drives are the same, same speed, same dimensions, same port, etc.

There is no real difference between those two so, essentially, go for the cheaper one to save money.
