I want to upgrade from a NL520. What's my best option?

I have the opportunity to upgrade from my NL520 this month. Where I am right now, and with my budget, my options are the NL 620, 625, 630 and 720. I'm generally satisfied with the performance of the 520 so my concern would be with the display, build quality and battery life. Any suggestions?

Go for the 630 if you can live without a camera flash

630. Why, you ask? Well...

620 has a tiny battery.
625 has a horrible screen.
720 might be a wee bit too high-end for its specs.
