Icon Battery Replacement

Ok everyone - has anyone ever replaced their Lumia ICON battery themselves? I bought a used Icon (its about a year old) and I'm worried the battery life might begin to fail soon. I have seen battery replacements online and have seen videos on how to access the battery - the process seems pretty straight forward once the backing is removed. Just curious if anyone has had luck actually doing it?

I would say removing the back plate and just replacing the battery is pretty simple.
Here's a manual for the 930 which is identical to the 929.
