ID_CAP_MEDIALIB_VIDEO not avaliable

The app Moliplayer has the capability ID_CAP_MEDIALIB_PHOTO_FULL.

Recently there's also an non OEM app which has this capability. It's phriz.be

So the question is: how did those developers have this API working?

You guys developers should contact those 2 guys and ask them maybe?

phriz.be is in Nokia selected apps. Nokia could be sponsor for this app. But as I mentioned before I've already tried to contact Nokia. No success so far

I know you've already tried to contact Nokia. Maybe Nokia is just uncooperative. How about other OEMs? I think the best way is to contact the developer of Moliplayer (or phriz.be) and ask them how they got the permission (and of course from which vendor). I see the developer of Moliplayer is quite active in the forum. I'm no developer myself, otherwise I would have asked him.

wait, phriz.be have video picker ability. Las tym i checked it was not able to share videos. Am i something missing here.?

If I understand it correctly, the capability ID_CAP_MEDIALIB_PHOTO_FULL allows full access to the Camera Roll folder, including low res photos, hi res photos, videos and every other file types in there. That's why you can see the hi res photos with phriz.be. It does not display videos because it chooses not to, not the limitation of the capability.
