IE 11 Mobile doesn't play embedded videos on other sites?!

IE 11 Mobile doesn't play embedded videos on other sites?!only YouTube videos can be played,it doesn't recognize any other videos on 3rd party sites..... Anyone else having this problem?

I was just on StarTribune.com: News, weather, sports from Minneapolis, St. Paul and Minnesota and I was able to play them no problem

Yeah...I am able to play the videos on your site.....maybe the site I am trying has a problem....anyway thanks!
