Curious why the decision was made to put the Bing address (or search ) bar at the top, and the Internet Explorer bar at the bottom? Why not keep them both at the top, or the bottom, for the sake of continuity?
Not a huge issue, but I just find it odd that if I press the search button, Bing opens and I type in my query at the top...opens to a page of results, I click on a result and now the address bar is at the bottom of the page.
Any thoughts on that?
