IE for WP8.1

Is there any setting to set 'Open in new tab when I open link from external source' in IE for WP8.1 ? Seems I can't find it

I couldn't find it either, unfortunately. Then again, I'm still having trouble getting the open tabs from my 2520 to sync right. The settings have proven elusive to me so far.

It opens links in new tab ( I tried a link from my mail ). If you want to manually open a link in new tab , long press the link and tap on open in new tab.

Problem is, when I click a link from Twitter app for example. The first link, a new tab, then the second one, it will overwrite on the first tab I opened earlier. That's kind of annoying as I want that two websites to load simultaneously.

From what I understand, you're opening a link from twitter, going back to twitter to open a different link correct? If so, how are you navigating back to twitter? If you're hitting the back key from IE, then the first link isn't being replaced, it's being closed. Hitting back on a tab in IE that cannot go back any further will close that tab. If you're using the task switcher or relaunching twitter, two tabs will be there.
