IE issues with getting desktop site?

Anyone know how to force IE to display the full website? Seems it will not load a desktop version of wdam news station.

Change the settings to "desktop" view.
Even still, some website may not work as it requires more memory!

It's not necessarily IE's fault. Some sites auto-detect that you're on a mobile device and it switches you to the mobile site instead.

You can try clearing the cache, switch to Desktop mode in settings and see what happens.

If you have IE set to Desktop mode under settings and it's still going to the mobile site, that's a good indication it's the site and not IE.

Yeah I see cache is the issue. That's fixed, but my dell venue 8 pro is doing it now. IE is just plain junk.
