IE on 8.1 - playing music in the background

Even though I have allowed IE to run in the background, it won't play music unless the app is in focus. On WP8 it would.

Tested on html5.grooveshark.com

Yeah I've noticed that too, I hope that's just a bug.

I hope it is not a restriction that is coming from grooveshark html5 website.
