IE Top of Page?

Is there anyway to get to the top of a page in IE like how you can tap the status bar on iOS?

I'm loving pretty much everything about the phone/OS but I wish I could use Chrome as a browser. Miss the UI and especially bookmark syncing

I'd also like to know this, although not a major issue, it does present an annoyance.

Pretty sure there's nothing to get to top if page or bottom of page. Annoying and furthers the argument on his basic the browser really is.
So unfortunate that MS refuses to allow real third party browsers not based on IE. IE is fast, but it fails in functionality and options. So plain that its lame
