if I delete a file from the onedrive website, will my mobile file sync it back online in website

my Onedrive storage is full, i wanted to delete video files from the onedrive website to free up space, thinking so that new camera clicks will be synced to online onedrive.

my question is even after deleting videos files in onedrive website. the same files which are in my mobile, will they sync back again online to onedrive cloud website?

if the files are synchronized they will be deleted as soon as the device gets connected to the internet.
i suggest you to move those files to some other place if u don't want to lose them
