If I do a hard reset will my Windows 10 mobile roll back to Windows Phone 8.1?

Regarding Hard Resetting W10M (10512) phone

I have installed Windows 10 Mobile Build 10512 in my Lumia 520.

I want to hard reset the phone(as OneNote is not working).
If I do hard reset, will phone roll back to WP 8.1 or stays in current OS version?

Hard reset will stay on WP10 preview.
Only the recovery tool will put back to WP8.1.
