DBT germany - on developer preview since day one and just got the Samsung firmware update and some other developer preview updates ... Now I'm on WP version 8.10.14192.280 and firmware version 2424.14.9.3

That's weird. I'm also on CSC DBT with DP, but still didn't get an update . I live in The Netherlands and people with The Netherlands CSC (PHN if I remember correctly) also got the update....

So am I reading this correct? We can change the csc on the ativ to get the 8.1 update? Or is it just for the update from 8.1 to 8.1.1?
