I'm having trouble transferring video files from my phone to my PC.

I need some help on how to transfer video files that I recorded with my phone to my PC.

I can view the files on my phone, but when I connect my phone to my PC with a USB cord, and open my phone from my PC, I am only able to see the most recent video that I recorded. The other video files don't show up. I also tried uploading to OneDrive, but when I access my OneDrive from my PC the files show up in .dat format. I installed a .dat viewer, but then I'm only able to see the computer code, not the videos. I also tried to share the videos on my Facebook, but videos don't show up on my Facebook.

My phone runs Windows 8.0. And it's a Lumia 928.

That app says you need windows 8.1 to use. Is it free to upgrade to win 8.1 on my phone?
