I'm set to vibrate!

Have MS fixed 'vibrate and ring' in WP8.1? I.e. WP8 vibrates twice and then starts ringing (at least that's how the 920 does it). Have they made it so the phone will vibrate while it's ringing? I've missed so many calls while my phones in my pocket and I'm walking around.

I have so much missed calls too because of that. In "Developer Preview" WP8.1 there's no option "vibrate while ringing" but I have seen this option in several videos on YT.

I've just updated to 8.1, and I don't see this option. Not sure IF this feature is location specific like Cortana!!!! :unhappysweat:
Can some one else confirm if this is enabled in 8.1
