I'm unable to download firmware through recovery tool?

I'm connected to a proxy server. Every time I want to downgrade from w10 mobile to wp 8.1 the recovery tool gives an error saying could not connect to server. Although I have entered all the details of proxy server in the network section of settings in the windows recovery tool.

Use NaviFirm, get your FW. Then use Nokia Care Suite's Product Support Tool to manually flash it.
